In 2007, Jane Johnston passed away due to Melanoma cancer. Her family, friends and husband started the Jane M Johnston Foundation in her honor to help children with cancer or other serious pediatric illness.
Jane fought her cancer, both physically and mentally, in a way that can only be described as inspiring and life changing for those who were closest to her. Her good natured, positive outlook never changed and is evident in her desire to help kids who are battling the same incredibly unfair and terrible disease. She intended to do this through the creation of The Sunflower Miracle Campaign.
It is my honor to bring this dream to a reality, and with your help, together we will bring smiles to the faces of these brave young kids who are forced to grow up too quickly. We can’t take away the burden of their disease, but we can, with your support, bring them some joy which every child deserves.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity. The smiles we put on their faces will end up on ours.
